All plushies are machine washable, and will come with instructions.

Each plushie is handmade therefore slight differences may occur. Making each plushie unique.

During shipping if your plushie arrives slightly squashed, a few cuddles and a little squeeze they will settle back into there original shape

It is recommended to check all toys on a regular basis for damage and wear and tear.

In the unlikely event you do get some lose strands/threads these can be simply place back with a needle and thread.
